Phạm Phan Long P.E
Mr. Pham Phan Long is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the States of California and Washington, USA. He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree with First Class Honors from the University of Auckland in 1976. He received the American Plant Engineers of the Year Award in 1985 and the San Diego Water Authority Water Conservation Award in 1986. He founded Moraes/Pham & Associates, a consulting engineering firm in California in 1989. He founded MekongForum in 1999 and served as in the Editor of the Mekong Papers. He currently provides plant engineering supports for research laboratories, water and waste water management facilities.
